This is the bulb and ballast I am using, the bulb is a GE
MVR400/U/ED28 the ballast is a M59 multi tap
I got this reflector off of a halo recessed down light.
I am using a Sharp QA-1650 projection panel in my setup.
My current projection lens I took off my Dukane overhead
projector.
 
Here is what the finished product looks like.
The image quality is very nice I can wait to make a smaller
version.
